Very similar to "White Pearl' and becoming even scarcer this gorgeous form , introduced as early as 1932, was named after the nursery in Surrey. It has purplish buds that open to pure white, fragrant , upright racemes with pink stamens which are slightly taller with a light purple flush to the stems. Desirable but slow to increase, hence its rarity.
