Known for many years as "FCC form' referring to its earlier RHS First Class Certificate, it now has an RHS Award of Garden Merit which must say a lot. Having grown this for years, I just love it and it really is completely hardy. Beautiful scented, deep yellow flowers with a reflexed spathe. Will slowly clump up, producing offsets with lovely dark green foliage. Originates from Greece and Turkey on steep mountainsides.
