Reginald Farrer's lovely jasmine collected in Burma in 1919
A medium sized shrub, semi evergreen with bright yellow lightly scented flowers against
handsome pinnate foliage. Produced by cuttings rather than seed I consider these as antiques in their own way.
Farrer who died in Burma shortly afterwards did not collect that many plants in real terms but those that he did are quite choice,
there are a few available on the site.
I have grown very fond of this over the years, originally from Highdown gardens in Sussex
