A highly desirable and surprisingly hardy schefflera in it's true form.<br> Schefflera alpina is very distinctive and there are some tissue culture plants circulating that are not true and still expensive. It is one of my favourites with dark, almost haunting leathery green leaves. Purple tinted flowers and small but plentiful bloomy black fruit. makes for an exotic effect large shrub.
